Holiday Rental Hosting will provide the following Services:
- Booking services and guest liaison including assisting guests with queries and complaints
- Advertising of your property on “Stay in Hobart”, “Hobart Short Stay Accommodation” websites and Facebook advertising at no cost to owner.
- 24/7 Guest Emergency/Maintenance Hotline, personal emergency callout
- Booking payments from Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and direct bookings are paid to you at the end of each month.
- Access to 0ur Channel Management system, reservations information, and reporting.
- Arrange guest check in/check out and inspection of the property post check out.
- Arrange the cleaning of the property to a high standard.
- Changing of bed linen and towels which we hire at the Owners cost.
- Arrange doona covers to be removed and replaced with spare doona covers and arrange used doona covers to be cleaned at Owners cost. We highly recommend triple sheeting to reduce costs.
- Guest basic provisions supplied at HRH cost including Kitchen pack: milk, tea, coffee, cooking oil, salt, pepper, and sugar. Bathroom pack: body wash, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, tissues, shower caps and sanitary napkins. Cleaning pack dishwasher tablets, fly spray, general cleaner, Chux, paper towel, scour pad, dishwashing brush, BBQ wipes washing powder, paper towel kitchen, and garbage bin bags.
- Regular review of pricing/rates
- Managing guest and property reviews to maintain high star rating.
- Supply of individual house information manual and tourist information.
- Collection of excess general waste and recycling are removed by HRH at our cost.
- Setup on Airbnb and staging of the property including advice on what to provide, and how to best present the property.
- We try to do a lot of the basic general maintenance ourselves at no or little cost to you, there may be a cost for replacement goods (light globes, smoke alarms etc)
- We are happy to organise trades people and or work with your trade people as required. You will be notified of all repairs immediately.
Our fee for services above is 20 % + GST of total accommodation receipts.
